Snapshots of the greenhouse in Chajul, Guatemala from start to finish!
What a journey! Local leaders in Chajul maintained hope and optimism all the way from the idea of a community greenhouse to the physical creation of it. Your donations, a matching donation from Healing Hands Foundation, and a little help from organizations like Seeds International have helped make this dream a reality.
Seeds International has been sending packets of seeds to help jumpstart this garden. Local project leader, Camillo, will turn these seeds into seedling starts and instruct the women on how to plant them for a successful harvest in the greenhouse.
A great project that brings the community together and provides nutrition to add to their daily diets!
