Fun collaboration across the globe! Mundo Exchange and ACEFOMI are just embarking on the construction of a green house in Chajul, Guatemala with the help of a local agrarian. One of our interests is learning about how to make organic compost with worms and manure. A few days ago here in Thailand we visited with our dear friend Kittichai who is caring for water buffalos and using their manure to make organic compost with little worms that are originally from Africa. Amazing that we can share his wisdom and experience with our friends in Guatemala!
